Build up in Chams eyes

Hey everyone! My 1 year old Nosy Be is getting some build-up under the top part of both eyelids. It almost looks like a yellow crust but it's not running like puss or anything. Any ideas on what might be causing it? Any treatments? Thanks in advance!
