Swollen Hemipenis Bulges

On Xmas eve I was showing my BIL my leo and we noticed he was bleeding. Pinky's hemipenis bulges were swollen. He's 5 and hasn't had a mate in 2-2.5 years at least and lives alone. Tonight, it looked like the skin between the hemipenis bulges and the vent area had split. I have been giving him Cephalexin once a day. He has the right temps, moist hide, water bowl, and eats supers. He is on paper towels as a substrate and has a piece of sandstone in his 10 gal cage. He is in the middle of a shed at the moment.

The e-vets on call this weekend aren't familiar with reptiles so I am SIOL until Monday. If you have any ideas I would really welcome any feedback!
