Recommended weight for breeding is around 800-1000 grams. That said, I've bred my 5 year old female who weighs less than 800 grams (around 760). There is no way she would ever get to 800-1000 unless I fed her way too much and made her fat. Your female is much too small to breed. I think it's best to wait anyway. We tend to overfeed and bring snakes up to breeding weight quickly as we are impatient.
