I just scrolled down to see if there was any follow up to this story and am very glad it was all worked out with no hard feelings. Sure is a beautiful King. I recently aquired my first king. I was trying to think what snake I have ever had that was most like this one, including other cobras, indigo and cribo, but really, the most similar would be an iguana. That might sound weird, but it’s got alot of the same personality to me. The indigo I would say was a hundred times smarter, to be honest, but this king is incredibly interactive, alert and like you said Tom, seems to be thinking a little deeper than you are use to seeing from a snake staring at you.
