Im not an expert, but yes it does look gravid.
Years ago, I bought a wild caught female and she came in gravid, from the wild. The lump she developed looked exactly like yours.

What is the latest update?
Do you have a copy of, The reprductive husbandry of boas and pythons? It tells you exactly what to do during the pregnency to be sucessful. Bob
