Questions about carpet morphs

I have been looking at investing in some carpet morphs. I really like the granites, jags, and albinos.

When breeding carpets do you frown on breeding different locals together or sub species? Do you try and keep them pure?

From what I’ve researched I see that the granites are from Iran Jaya’s and the Jags and hypos are from Coastals. But where are the albinos and the anerys come from?
