Tom made that and other "slips of the tongue" several times.....maybe he's got an especially slippery tongue??

That's not actually what he said. Tom said, and I quote:"Their damn sure doing NOTHING about the 1,000 plus feral cats". He also said "NO action has been taken". Hmmm....maybe it was that slippery tongue thing again?
