Hovabator or Little Giant.
I have used them for many years with no problems (at least none that I can blame on the incubator). Cheap, reliable, easy to clean and use. One point I like that nobody has mentioned is that you can afford several and if one fails you don't lose everything. Plus, for Leos, you can set up one for males and another for females. I use mine in the off season for hatching and rearing silkworms!
