My adult breeder Selayers are only in the 10 foot range and they have produced for me the past 3 three years (so these are not yound adults). My 08 and 09 holdbacks are still small animals that grow very slowly even with heavy feeding. The largest "Selayer" I have seen pics of was a 15-16 foot animal that even the owner was uncertain of the locale. I own several Selayers of various ages (22 in all counting this years babies) and I would say yes, they are a dwarf locale.
