I am by no means the leading authority on Pseustes poecilonotus, but as far as keeping them in the United States, I have a decent grasp on it and just need to tune in the breeding aspect. I could certainly make one for you, but what exactly are you looking for?

Do you just want a caresheet like the ones you take home at PetCo filled in with info on Pseustes poecilonotus? There was a boom in articles on these snakes a few years ago and they offer most (if not all) that information too.

I don't think anyone has thought there was a demand for this type of care sheet because most people who have them honestly create their own formula based on where they live. If you want, I need to try and remember to go grab a few crickets from PetCo on my way home for a Sugar Glider tonight, I will grab a snake care sheet and alter it for Pseustes poecilonotus if you want.
