I am assuming you are 100% positive you have a male and female?
I have 1.2 chondros and my male absolutely refused to lock up with one of my fems un til this year after 4 yrs of unsuccesful attempts. Are you seperating them for a week or so before introducing them. See if you could get a male shed from a fellow herper and throw it in there. somtimes that makes all the difference in the world
