If you have problematic parasites, treat, wait two weeks, begin process again. I do fecals on all my animals quarterly, regardless of how they are housed. Keep in mind if your tortoises go outside, some parasitism is likely, and oftentimes not problematic~so long as the parasite load is not too tremendous. Your vet should be able to give you guidance. (I do the fecals myself and consult with a vet on treatment, which saves me a ton of money (I have a background in clinical parasitology, along with the necessary equipment to do fecal exams, so why not do them myself?)
