I'm, assuming this an Argentine B/W.

Not pooing for a week doesn't sound quite normal. I would look into proper temps (basking 110-115), keeping the humidity up to prevent dehydration, and adding a source of fiber to the diet such as fruit or plain metamucil. Other things to check are a quality UV source at a proper distance, and adequate calcium supplementation.

Mine usually shed soon after coming out of a long hibernation. If her metabolism is low, then shedding might be prolonged.
