Hi

Just wanted to let people know that a very common weed in the states and south Canada (Sonchus oleraceus) is perfectly edible (I just consulted with a professor). It is an invasive species from Europe, and so far both of my U.geryi love the flowers. They are bright yellow flowers. I have not seen this before so I tough I just say it in case anyone wants to vary their uro diet.
