Posted by: Reaperreptiles09 at Thu Mar 11 21:16:47 2010 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Reaperreptiles09 ] very interesting! my tegu eats in her enclosure and shes not agressive about it.(argentine) but i have a hole in the top of her enclosure that i drop her rats in. and i reach for her through the door in the front of her enclosure. the calmness in picking her up was definately necessary! and shes absolutely sweet! doesnt huff at me when i reach in to pet her (98% of the time lol) and shes never bit me on purpose. (when she was little she juped at my hand while i was throwing a mouse in! hence the hole in the top lol) i recommended the hand feeding without even going into detail. i was told to use a spoon. i dont hand feed but ive heard it has great results. so i mearly suggested it. but i dont endorse it! lol [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Hide Replies ]
