Do you mean 2-3 inches TOTAL length or 2-3 inches snout to vent?

If you mean total length you are limited to pygmy leaf species. For snout to vent length there are a few, but not commonly available and usually not for newbies as most will be imports, stressed, trickier to acclimate and deal with medical issues.

For a good datebase of known species I'd suggest visiting the ADCHAM.com website. There is a very active cham forum with a lot of members who might have some suggestions. Go to the www.chameleonforums website and do some searching around on species info.
