There was actually another John that used to post on here a lot that kept a trio or so and bred them. I used to have one at one time, but never kept more than one.

There is also a David van Langen that had several at one time. I'm not sure if he can give you any advice on breeding as his were pretty much all natural in an outdoor pen.

I remember from the other John that his adults would brumate for a seriously long amount of time indoors...like 9 months! He kept them under the same conditions as his collareds and I don't think he treated them any different.

Best of luck on your desert igs. They are one of my favorite lizards. I caught a few last June while I was vacationing near Las Vegas.
