He shouldn't be Brumating now or should be coming out of it. Mine was less active from December till March, and by Nature they can be skittish and secretive. Its only because of smoothing out the sand in his cage and looking and replenishing his food dish that I knew he was out at all during the Winter. If in doubt go ahead and take him out for an a quick examination but to otherwise give it a little time.
