Hello everyone!

Recently I received young U. ocellata, and immediately after I took it out of the box I noticed unsightly white to yellowish incrustations along it's lips. Short investigation and a trip to a vet resulted in quick diagnose: lizard has Hyperkeratotic dermatitis A.K.A. "crusty lip disease" which is apparently quite common in Uromastyx species.
As I got very little information on succesful treatmen of that disease, and vet seemed unsure what to recommend (apart from "usual" baytril injections and application of some general-purpose antibacterial ointment), I decided to ask here if someone has experience with it.
Thank you all very much in advance!

Greetings,
Nino
