Update:

My vet took a sample of "crusts" around the mouth of the infected lizards, and sent it to professor Martel in Belgium (prof. An Martel is member of a team of scientists that isolated, described and named new bacterium Devriesea agamarum responsible for hyperkeratotic dermatitis, internal organs failure and septicaemia in desert lizards) for analysis. Just this morning I received test results of laboratory analysis, and, unfortunately, it is confirmed that my lizard is infected with notorious D. agamarum. Good news is that the very same team of scientists who discovered D. agamarum also managed to design succesful treatment of the disease, and prof. Martel was kind enough to supply ample advice on what medications to use.
