Cage perimeter should be one and a half times the length of the longest snake, hight should be anything more than 12" with an ample sized vent or screen at each end, aspin bedding at 3" deep, add a 12" x 16" x 4" tall hide box with a 12" x 14" heat pad under the cage opposite side the hide box is located. also a large heavy (ceramic) water bowl, or it'll get dumped often. This set up will get you far with any of the longtailed snakes.
