If hell froze over and the sun fell from the sky and after a bad acid trip I choose to move back to N.Y. state (can you tell I love the place.) I would be a criminal if I chose to take some of my animals with me. Most people would not chance the risk. In many other cases life happens. given the current economy people lose jobs and as a result lose homes and have no choice but to give up pets.
