In doors for most of the year is the only way but an extra room works ok it just takes a little more planing to water proof things I keep mine in my 3rd bed room, Let me tell you, you dont get it right the first time my wife was ready to kick all of us out when the big female ripped up her pond 100's of gal all over the house.
