>>Because I am an old geiser going to college, I have access to a bunch of different college libraries. I have never used it, but I did watch one of my instructors use it, she projected it on the screen. So far I have been able to find scholarly resources for research papers on line, so I have not used it. I am not going to promise anything, but what college would that research paper be found in?
Go to the reference library section of your university library. Ask them how to fill out an "interlibrary loan" request. They will help you check to make sure whether your own university carries that journal -- and if they don't, they will show you how to request the article. In my day it was free to do so, but I can't vouch for current policies at all universities! Alternately, the reference librarian may be able to show you how to access the paper online without going through the loan process. In any case, the reference librarian is the place to start! ----- ----
