The eggs in the bottom picture look pretty bad off. The others don't look too great either, but I've seen MUCH worse looking eggs hatch.



No matter what they look like, I always leave eggs in the incubator until I am 100% sure that they are bad/dead. I wait until they are very obviously dead eggs. Some have looked pretty bad - dark spots, thin shells, mold, excessive dimpling, etc and ended up hatching healthy babies.



I wouldn't give up on them yet. Just make sure your temperatures and humidity stay correct and see what happens.



The mold can be "treated" by sprinkling a light dusting of athlete's foot powder on the eggs. It might also help to mix some Methylene blue (which can be found in the aquarium section of your local pet store) into the water you use to remoisten the substrate. This will kill off fungi that may be growing in there that might "attack" the eggs.



These are just some methods I've used when I've had less than desirable looking clutches.
