He was really helpful throughout the entire process with the Federal permit, he was super polite, and very patient as well. All around, if I ever decide to get another I'd probably go to him again. I've met some people who are just there to make a quick sale and then get the 'ell out of dodge, he didn't strike me as that type of person.
