Hello, if you have a group you can compare them, females are larger and wider. If from Paraguay, which I am assuming, I saw those in flooded plains walking over grass.ats all I know about habitat. Some of these were kept in captivity and fed on termites, although I am sure that in the US you will have other options. Even though they look tough with their wrinkled skin, they do need some humidity and humid cover.
