None of those foods should ever be fed to a Uro. There are far too many poor caresheets that say to feed insects and other junk to Uro's. A good varied diet should consist of:
daily use: escarole, chickory(curly endive), dandelion greens
rotational use: bok choy, watercress, arugula, radicchio, shredded carrots, shredded squash

Variety is key, switch it up as often as you can.
