inside or out?

Is that 75 watt heat source inside the cage, or outside the cage? If it is inside the cage, the snake can wrap around it and burn itself. I have seen this happen with light bulbs inside the cage. mild burns will turn normal, green coloration to blue on a green tree python. Kevin
