Is that I find reference to this same specific individual animal being found "this past January"...

So, I wonder what happened ? Why was it found in January, and not reported until the very end of March ?

Did they just feel that they had not seeded the papers with enough "fear the snake" articles, and decided to dredge this up and call it news ?
