Hey Tom,
I'm actually no expert.. this was my first clutch too! I waited until I got the first slice, then I opened up all the eggs. That's what I've always done with Ball Pythons, and it seems to work so far. That being said, my clutch first sliced on the 78th day. You must be close! What temperature did you use for incubation? I was incubating at 88F..
