82F for ambients is plenty warm enough..I actually keep mine around 80F. I wouldn't worry too much about how "constant" your humidity is/stays. I live in Vegas and constantly battle the dry air..and I travel extensively during the week on biz. I spray heavily before I go and then when I come home..it easily drops into the low 30% while I'm gone w/no ill effects. Remember, Emmies are canopy dwellers and its more variable higher up..never a constant whether it be humidity or temps.
