Mtn Torts in the high desert CA?

Just wondering if anyone has experience with Mtn Torts in the high desert. I am getting ready to move and want to make the transition as painless as possible for my Tort!

I'm just looking for some tips on how I can keep the humidity up in an enclosure that is 8Ft X 4Ft X 4Ft high. Prefer to not run a humidifier.
