Safe concrete sealer

Hello All,

I have a 5ft 15yr old Spec caiman and I'm thinking of giving her a whole room in the basement. The rooms walls, floor, and ceiling is concrete. I want to protect by building from moisture issues by placing some kind of sealer, but of course I want something safe for the her.

Any ideals???
