I think that it could live a pain-free and happy life if hes in the right home, and assuming that theres no problem anywhere else. Animals always amaze me, as someone who is pre-vet and adopts anything that needs help. My parents have a blind cat on their ranch and he has the run of miles after miles of land when he wants, and he gets around great, and always finds his way home. If that cat can survive and be so happy, there's a good chance your sulcata will too. If you adopt him out, be very choosy, it takes a special person to make a lifelong commitment to a disabled animal. I hope he continues to do well and look forward to hearing more.
