well, in the wild whatever eats the fruit just poops the seeds out later (which is the function of fruit -- animal attractant for seed dispersal), so that should work in captivity too... 
of course, it wouldn't hurt to cut the seeds out if it'd make you feel better, or if there's some reason s/he shouldn't be eating seeds.
