If your beardie has a good, healthy body condition, isn't dehydrated to the least, and has a proper diet (with calcium and lighting), then I'd say it's safe to be patient, and let your lizard do it's thing. At this point, the dragon trying to push out an egg and being unable to, would be the bad sign. If your dragon starts to look or act sick (as opposed to normal parturition behavior), then you should be concerned and see a vet.

I should also direct you to post your question on the bearded dragon forum if you havn't already done so. This species is bred so commonly many people have gone through what you are and will have more species specific advice. I have not kept or bred this species.
