Do you guys think a 36" L, 18" W, 24" H tank is big enough for a red-bellied water snake? I am planning to set up a naturalistic terrarium for a pair of red-bellies--one in each tank--and the book I have says that the perimeter of the naturalistic terrarium should be at least 2 1/2 times the length of the snake, preferably 3x the length. This is the biggest exo-terra terrarium I can find (I really want a front-opening style) and it is 108" perimeter, which is about 2.5x the length of a 40ish inch red-belly.
Should I go bigger than this? How big are the red-bellies you all see in the wild? I'm up north so we don't have them.

Thanks!
