Well, the time has come to follow up on my earlier post about a gravid female black blood (SST). I woke up today and never thought to look at the cage as I walked past it today, this morning, however, while I was sitting in the kitchen watching tv, passively, while eating breakfast, I happened ironically on a channel dealing or discussing pregnancy by women that had no idea that they are or were ever pregnant. One woman even dropped her baby into the toilet (delivered) while she was dropping a load. At an rate, after finishing breakfast and finished washing dishes I decided to turn the computer on in the computer room, and that is where I house my black blood that I had given up on having or dropping eggs. The funny thing is that I also, had just 2 days ago, finished up a small incubator in the event that I would ever produce eggs in the future, as the larger incubator is too large a and is house in my bedroom. I know, what can I say bedroom! Any how, as I just happen to glance over to my right at the old girl, there were 2 very beautiful and healthy looking eggs in the cage. Now there are 3 need I say!? I am shocked and in disbelief as this gal was had showed signs of being gravid as I had earlier posted, but then went on to feed twice and had also, not shown any and I mean any signs what so ever of being gravid. She had even lost size around the abdomen and had not displayed any of the telltale turgid or tightness under her belly that most gravid female short-tails and bloods show. Anyhow, update while writing this post she dropped number 4. I am sure that she is not be any means done yet. I am stoked as you all can imagine and any of you would be. More later. I will post pix soon.

Have you hugged your Blood today?
