There are several roach species to consider. The most widely liked is Blapterus dubia or the Ecuadorian cave roach. A producing colony will provide many small nymphs. The adults are pretty easy to deal with...don't climb much at all, don't fly, a bit slower moving too. I haven't kept brevs yet but know there are some other feeders you can culture...rice flour beetles, rollie pollies (sow bugs), springtails, and some others I can't recall at the moment.
