There you go, she is either ovulating now or getting ready 2. She should shed in the next 3 weeks. After the shed you have about 130 to 160 days to wait as Rob mentioned. Northers are about a month (125 ) sooner but Basins tend to go a little longer. Most of my basin litters have been in the late 140's and some up 2 180.
I would offer her some more perches maybe branches that run the opposite way of you pvc pipe to give her more of a platform under the hot spot and maybe a suspended water bowl. I have used PVC for the last 20 years. I highly recommend either sanding it with 80 to 120 grit sandpaper or scorching it with a torch and cleaning it with hot soapy water and a brillow pad. Emeralds feel very uncomfortable on smooth perches and I think it leads to stress on the snake.
