and You want to know why do we have these problems... The answer becomes easy to understand, when we are forced to ship via an underground measure. The govts position is simple.. Just ban these snakes alltogether. Make it illegal to ship across state lines and put some enforcement teeth in the new laws.... We have no one to blame but our selves... If we were required to have a federal permit, which we would pay for, then at least we could say that the offenders were doing this on there own knowing full well that these transactions were illegal... But as it stands right now, everyone in our industry suffers....
