I can tell you exactly what happened to the "Hypo" Dumerils. Jason of Classic Dums supposedly put her on breeding loan and when she came back she was super thin. He put her up for sale and since I have the original female, a group of her siblings (which have produced hypos), and this "hypo" came with the original male, I decided to pick her and him up. I met him at the show in DuPage, when it was cold out, he had stayed all night in his truck with her and we got there first thing in the morning. As we were driving home, she started to warm up and started crackling, wheezing, gaping, etc. I got her home within 3 hours, took some pics, sent them to Jason telling him how bad off she was. Even took a video of all of this and sent that to him as well. Went to dinner with my family, came home and she was DEAD! He asked me what I had done to her (with video evidence of this massive respiratory infection that I must have induced to the point of death in less than 12 hours), and when I wanted a refund on her, he said I just had buyers remorse. So, there's where the original "hypo" female is....in my freezer, pics available on request!!! But, I now have the original producing pair, and several siblings, and some outcrossed possible hets. Good times!!!
