Well since you have 2 imported frillies you may encounter quite a bit of problems. I would personally separate them at least for now. The skin problem is likely a retained shed which could be a result of low humidity and/or dehydration. Frequently soak them and brush them with a soft toothbrush. Orally administer water to help with the dehydration.

One member on my forum is from the LA area and may be able to help you out with finding a vet. All I can do is suggest you visit www.herpvetconnection.com to find one. You will probably want a fecal exam done because I would be willing to bet that they have parasites.
