Typically, the questions I see are like "can a rattlesnake cross with a bull snake" or somesuch. The answer is "no", but only because the two are not closely related, not because one is venomous. If you happen to come up with two closely related snakes where one were venomous and the other not, that would be a different question and I think few would dispute that they could cross.
