2 Very unexpected broods...

2 females dropped today that one I suspected was going to throw j-beans as her 2 siblings all had and all were bred to the same males. The het silver eastern produced a very small clutch of 7 babies (6 live-1 still born) w/ 50/50 ratios (3 silvers, 3 normal looking). Since I bred both the silver male and het male to her, I will classify these as 66% hets however based on these ratios, there's a very good chance they are 100% hets.

Brood 2 I had no idea the female was gravid. She produced a very small litter of 2 pairs, interesting thing on these is that the babies all have red on their vents, almost flamelike. None of the adults look like this. I'll get pics up shortly-these are the Central American melanogasters, to my knowledge these are the first ever produced here in the states
