Yes & no. Ornates like to climb & for sure would make use of the ledges IF the temps are correct on them. Two things I notice: the absence of a UV source & the distance from the basking light to a basking spot. Also, having the heat source so centered & high in the enclosure will make a proper lateral heat gradient impossible. Would make a great arboreal cage, though.
