My advise would be to bring the skink to a qualified herp vet. Its far too difficult to even guess what is going on with the eye by description alone.

As for posting a picture, just upload it to either the kingsnake photo gallery (all registered posters automatically have free space in the photo gallery to link pictures to). Or, you can use services like photobucket or flickr to upload your picture. Most sites will provide a 'link' you can just copy and paste into your message. Or you can just copy the address in the address field of your browser and paste it into your message. At each end use square brackets around the HTML img tag. I will post a sample below, just replace the regular brackets (perenthesis) with instead.

(img)your photo url(/img)

There should be no spaces before or between the square brackets.

See the (tools and toys) link in the lower right of the new/reply message screen for additional samples.

you can also just post the image URL in the field provided below, or if you uploaded your image to the Kingsnake.com photo gallery, you can select it in the list of available photos as well.
