mystery salamander

My Cat brought in a salamander last night from the marsh and I am trying to save it before I put it back. I can't figure out what species it is., it have five wire thin toes on each leg and three yellow stripes down it's black back which turn blue as they reach what's left of his tail. I live in Delaware, Any ideas?
