Are you interested in husbandry, local populations, behavior, etc.? Look up schools that offer biology and zoology programs and that offer herpetology courses. Then check out the faculty and read about their research. That should help you get an idea of what you're interested in doing and where to start looking to apply for graduate school. If you're applying to grad school, get started EARLY-at least start seriously looking at schools and contacting faculty about a year in advance.
